I'm feeling myself begin to lift

the ground less wary

the air crisp - I'm actually breathing

I've been here before

the security the sanity the clarity

I'm grasping firmly

but remember

there's bound to be a slip

but that's the point, isn't it?

learn to grasp with ease

rather than a choking grip

you have to remember
